Cadet Hairstyles

Male Cadets:

Hair shall be neatly groomed and conservatively styled. Bizarre or exaggerated styles or colours (green, purple, etc.) are not permitted. Male cadets will be clean shaven at all times when in uniform.

Hair shall be taper trimmed at the back, sides, and above the ears. It shall be kept free from the neck to a distance of 2.5 cm (1 in.) above the shirt collar. No hair shall touch the ears or fall below the top of the eyebrows. Shaving of all the hair on the head is also permitted.

Sideburns – Sideburns shall not extend below a line horizontally bisecting the ear, and shall be squared off horizontally at the bottom edge and taper trimmed to conform to the overall hairstyle.

Beards – Only cadets adherent of the Sikh religion or cadets experiencing recognized medical problems preventing them from shaving may wear a beard. If you fall into either of these categories, please see the Supply Officer.

Female Cadets:

Hair shall be neatly groomed and conservatively styled. Bizarre or exaggerated styles or colours (green, purple, etc.) are not permitted. Hair shall not extend below the lower edge of the shirt collar. Hair must be secured or styled back to reveal the face. Any accessories used to secure or control hairstyles (bobby pins) shall blend with the hair colour.

Returning Cadets start on Sept 11th 2019 Come in Summer Dress Uniform. and Bring your Health Card Bring a Parent of Guardian with you to sign the required documents. Also bring $150.00 for the annual Administration fee.

New cadet intake will be on Wed Sept 18 at 7:15 pm at David Suzuki High School 45 Daviselm Dr. Brampton. There will be also be a new cadet intake on |Wed. Oct. 16 and Wed. Nov. 20th at the same times and location. New Cadets and parents will be given an information presentation and then will be handed an enrollment package. There is also a $150.00 annual administration fee that is payable with your registration. A parent of guardian must attend with the new cadet for the registration Please bring the following with you. Your Health Card A copy of one of the following valid Canadian Passport, or Birth Certificate. or valid Canadian Resident Card or valid Canadian or Provincial ID (Health card is not acceptable for this)
